Another "Summer" in Adelaide

Officialy, summer starts on December in Australia but it seem like the summer comes very early this year. The hottest day in November since decades has been recorded and another hottest day just days away. Summer in Adelaide, and generally across Australia, is quite different from that of in eastern and western. Summer temperature can reach up to 47 celcius degree, this is the highest temperature recorded in 28-29 January 2009 and it was the hottest summer since 70 years ago. It was the day I arrived in Adelaide.....it was very hot and very dry......Jakarta is also hot most of the time but its still have humidity, the wind blow is not that hot as in here in Adelaide.....it just too hot for me......stay at home with Air cond turned on or stay in Uni Library are the best option...........

The city council and authority are frequently remind us to stay out of the heat as possible and to always cary drinking water to keep your body hydrated. Keep your body covered (tapi bule2 itu malah buka2an yaaa hehehehehe) and don't forget to always put sunscreen on your body.....Yes....you need to always put sunscreen on your body and face if you don't want to get sun burn and skin cancer as UV index is very high. In sunny days, the UV index can be 10 or 11 which is considered as VERY HIGH....

still to early but....wellcome hot hot hot summer days....couldn't imagine how hot this summer is going to be
